In 2004, Bill co-founded IntellEnergy, LLC - a lighting company offering high-intensity, energy-saving fluorescent luminaires used in ice rinks, tennis courts, airplane hangers and parking facilities. Later, after a reorganization, he introduced ParkLite™ to the multi-level garage industry which has become the designated luminaire for both public and private garage spaces. Recently Bill introduced ParkLite II™ with more efficiency and lumen output than the original. Today IntellEnergy's ParkLite II™ is found in universities, hospitals, shopping malls and municipal multilevel parking garages across the country.

Theo Tracy started his career in the lighting industry helping to launch Boston Light Supply, a distributor of lamps & ballasts throughout New England. After several years, he left the industry to work at media companies in marketing and strategic planning. In 2000, Theo founded ttracy company, a marketing and strategic planning firm working with small companies across a spectrum of industries. He joined IntellEnergy in 2010.
