Peter Kelly
– Founder and Managing Director
- Peter Kelly is one of the leading experts in commercial lighting
technology in the Northeastern United States.
- Before forming IntelliEnergy, Peter was Regional Design Manager
for MetalOptics, a division of Lithonia Lighting. There, he
established the market for MetalOptics high-quality, high-efficiency
fluorescent lighting systems.
- An architect by training, Peter started his own architecture
and commercial interior design firm, Enercon, after graduating
from college. His clients included CBS, Warner Communications
and SatCorp.
- He also was a designer and project manager for Kaufman, Black
Lyons Architects in New Canaan, CT.
- Peter holds a B.A. in Architecture from Columbia University.

Bill Zak –
Founder and Managing Director
- Bill Zak is an experienced sales and marketing consultant
whose past 6 years have been devoted to developing markets in
the energy conservation and load management arena.
- At Nxegen,an ESCO formed in the late 90's , he introduced
lighting and load management services to multi-site organizations
in the Northeast, such as Webster Bank, Bob's Discount Furniture
Stores, Double Tree Hotels and Mobile Corporation.
- Prior to consulting with Nxegen, Bill founded Integrated
Marketing Services('92), which specialized in developing consumer
marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies
- Bill also spent 13 years with Avon Products, where he rose
to Director of Marketing and Sales for the Domestic and International
markets.
- He holds a BS in Finance from Boston College.

Theresa Bagg: SW
Region
Theresa's 20+ year career in Business Development has spanned
the globe and a broad range of industries including sustainable
energy in the parking industry. She holds a Master's Degree from
Boston University. Theresa lives in San Diego, CA.
Ted Mateski: Northern
Midwest
Ted was the founder and former owner of Systematic Refrigeration.
SR was founded in 1974 and sold to Zero Zone in 2002. Ted's company
manufactured central refrigeration systems for supermarkets, industrial
users and chillers for ice arenas. Ted received his MBA from St.
Thomas University. He lives in Minneapolis, MN.
Eldon Cody: Connecticut
Eldon performs many of the site audits for IntellEnergy's lighting
projects, and handles the administration of Small Business Energy
Advantage projects in New England. With over two years of experience
working for another energy services company concentrating in the
lighting field, Eldon is very familiar with the conservation programs
run by the regional utilities, and has become very adept at specifying
lighting retrofit projects. Eldon is retired from the Navy, and
has considerable experience working with installation crews and
other contractors on widely-varying projects. He lives in Wallingford,
CT.
